Times are changing and it's time to grow!Â
Apart from any other day, the only thing that we have control over are our thoughts and our mind! With a little bit of effort and some self-control, we can make a huge impact on our well-being by controlling what we allow our minds to consume!
To help you stay in control of your thoughts to continue to play to win and to learn to pivot your businesses or services to profit online I will be live in our OWN IT MASTERMIND facebook community THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AT 12PM EST. Join us live so you can ask questions and win prizes!

âIt takes no more effort to aim high in life, to demand abundance and prosperity than it does to accept misery and poverty.â Wallace D. Wattles
Also I wanted to offer you a few tips that you can do to feel more in control of you!
They are simple steps that donât take much time and can all be done in a day or you can pick and choose which ones speak to you.
Below I have compiled a list of my top 11 tips that help ...
Success is a system and for the most part there is a very small group of individuals who do things in a certain way that achieve real success! When I say success, I mean in every aspect of the word; financially, spritially, career, time freedom and in relationships, to name a few areas.
Individuals who set big goals do so because they want more out of life; they decided they were tired of settling and had a DESIRE that was bigger than their excuses. It all starts with a desire! When your desire is big enough, it will cause you to take action! Â
Order is Heavenâs first law and we live in an orderly universe, therefore to work with the law we must do this in an organized fashion! Enter the plan!
Here are a few tips I suggest in creating the perfect plan!Â
Â
1. Set a Goal
Iâve talked goal-setting a lot on my blog and in the work I do! I wonât dive into those details now but you can check out my FREE goal-setting worksheet here to help you create a goal that will cause you jump out o...
If Iâm not mistaken, youâre the type of person who wants to feel motivated as much as you can, am I right?
You watch the videos, read the books, attend the conferences, listen to the audios and all you want to do is jump out of bed each morning and blaze a trail into a new day! Some days you even do, but more often than not, you tend to feel a little dragged down.
Hopefully, thatâs not that case, but weâve all been there.
So what do you do?
Read more books, attend more conferences, listen to more Jay Shetty and Brene Brown videos?
Theyâre great and all but thatâs not going to last. You may feel a pep in your step for the next 10 minutes or so, perhaps even the rest of the morning but the feeling is going to be fleeting and before you know it and youâre back to feeling weighed down.
The thing is youâre looking in the wrong place.
The ONLY way to stay motivated is if you have something to work towards! Create a...
âYour imagination is the most marvellous, miraculous, inconceivably powerful forces the world has ever known!â -Napoleon HillÂ
Iâve pondered this statement so many times and I have grown to love it and believe how true it really is! If it werenât for imagination NOTHING in our scope of view would exist! Now, I guess nature may be the exception, but everything else, everything man made or manipulated is formed through imagination!Â
How incredible is that?Â
Everything is built through the imagination! The building youâre in, the device youâre reading this on, the books you read, the city you live in, the clothes youâre wearing; itâs all built through the imagination!
Imagination is just one of our higher mental faculties and itâs like a muscle. Many people say theyâre not creative and thatâs nonsense! Everyone is creative! The question is, are you expressing your creativity?Â
I love what Van Gough saidâŚ
â I dream my painting, then I paint my dream!â
Everything is created twice...
This is an excerpt from an article I recently read titled, Appreciating Appreciation, you can check out the full article here, but it readâŚ
"Thereâs a song called âThank God for Dirty Dishesâ that makes the point that if youâre lucky to have enough food to make dirty dishes, you should be grateful." Â
This made me stop and think because I must say, washing dishes isnât one of my favourite things, so where else do I complain in my life when really, there is so much to be grateful for?
When it comes to living the good life, it rarely if ever, comes from the outside first. Weâre not magically gifted time freedom, the âperfectâ spouse or the successful business... no, we receive these things only after weâve put in the work, including the inner work! Gratitude first!
There is good in everything, no matter how crappy the situation may appear! The issue is though, that most of us are hardwired to look for the bad. Itâs our brain's way of keeping us safe; to find what could go wrong t...
Hereâs an idea to play within your mind for a moment. Consider your age, now would you agree or not that the person you are today is an accumulation of your lifeâs experiences? I think itâs a pretty fair assumption that most of you reading this would agree; you are who you are today is because of your past.Â
So in other words, it has taken you that many numbers of years (your age) to believe in the thoughts you think. Itâs kind of an obvious statement, I know. They also come with repeated experience though! The more you hear something, the more likely it is that youâll take it on as the truth.Â
âMoney doesnât grow on trees, we canât afford that, that's too expensiveâ were all phrases I heard often growing up. Now, these all pertain to money but if you sit and think Iâm sure you could come up with some of your own in all areas of your life. Some of these phrases are serving you, others are absolutely hindering you whether you believe it or not. But we can change them, by putting new t...
Do you believe in yourself? What do you think you can do? What does it mean to believe?
These are some pretty big questions. Theyâre ones Iâve asked myself over and over again. And when I first started to ask myself these questions, I was very quick to say HELL YAH I do! But the more I took a look at my results and noticed how I procrastinated in my business, I started to wonder if I really did.
I donât think Iâm different from most. I think most people will too say yes, of course, I believe in myself and yet when they step out to start the business, sell the house, quit the job, ask a prospect to take a look at their business they become paralyzed with fear and donât take the steps either. Why?
Well, itâs the paradigm getting in the way. Most people donât understand that they are not programmed to do the things they want to do, but more importantly, they do not understand who they are and what they are capable of. They donât believe in themselves.
I love what my mentor Bob Proctor...
The more I understand the laws of the universe the easier my life gets. Iâve found that the results in my life are starting to come more with ease and grace rather than grinding it out as I used too.
I used to wake up before the crack of dawn and go to bed way past sunset. I would find myself having a nap in the afternoons sometimes lasting hours only to wake up and still feel like I had to drag my ass around to get things done. I had a to-do list a mile long and what I found myself doing was being addicted to checking things off my list rather than focusing on the goal at hand and choosing the things that weâre most valuable in my success. Thank goodness I hit reset before I hit burn out!Â
I had always heard the phrase work smarter, not harder but never really understood what that meant. And what Iâve come to discover is that it meant discipline! To achieve the big worthy goals you are going to need discipline! Also, know this! Â
Hi Friend!
Summer is right around the corner! During this time of the year, we all try to find ways to get healthy and take care of our body. Today, Iâd love to share a few tips to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle that you can easily implement today. Yup, today! I like to keep it simple.Â
I canât stress enough the importance of getting good sleep. Generally speaking, we need at least 6-8 hours of sleep to recharge our bodyâs batteries in order to keep us going throughout the day. If we fail to do that, not only it will significantly influence our hormones and potentially leads to stress-eating, but it will also affect our brain function as well as athletic performance.Â
Â
Also, if youâre trying to lose weight, getting quality sleep is absolutely crucial. Studies show that sleep-deprived individuals have a bigger appetite and tend to eat more calories. So keep that in mind next time when you catch yourself scrolling your phone late at night when you kno...
Hey friend!
I came across this quotation by Dean Briggs in my studies over the past few days multiple times, so I am taking it as a sign that I need to share with all of you!
 It goes like this..
"Do you work. Not just your work and no more, but a little more for the lavishing sake; that little more that is worth all the rest. And if you suffer, as you must, and if you doubt as you must, do your work. Put your heart into it and the sky will clear. And then out of your very doubt and suffering will be born the supreme joy of life."
WOW. Every time I hear that it brings me comfort knowing that it's okay to struggle and doubt ourselves, AND we must keep going!
This supreme quality is that of persistence.
As I look back on my life, and Iâm sure you can too, I see that every great accomplishment Iâve ever completed has come through persistence. Â
Itâs deciding what you want and taking action every day to move towards it regardless of anything else! This is persistence!
One of the...
